Red Enchilada Sauce - Gusanoz

Our very own, well-loved and made in store enchilada sauce. Gusanoz Red Enchilada Sauce is made from New Mexico peppers, grown in the Hatch Valley and shipped to our New Hampshire facility where we produce our sauces. Tangy and rich in flavor, and made from simple ingredients with minimal processing, Gusanoz Red Enchilada Sauce has no tomato making it one of the few true enchilada sauces available today. 15 ounces makes about 8 to 10 enchiladas, 30 ounces about 16 to 20.
